Frequently Asked Questions

Are you accepting new patients?

Yes! We are currently accepting new patients. Please plan to arrive about 30 minutes early for your first appointment to complete new patient paperwork. Bring your insurance card, photo ID, and a list of your current medications.

Do you accept Medicaid or Medicare?

At this time, we do not accept Medicaid or Medicare. However, we offer our ADC program and cash pay discounts to make care more affordable. Many patients find that our self-pay options and shorter wait times make us a great choice for primary care in Meridian.

What insurance plans do you accept?

We accept most major insurance plans. Coverage can vary, so we recommend calling our office before your appointment to confirm your insurance network and benefits. If you do not have insurance, ask about our ADC program or cash pay discount options.

What is the ADC program?

Our ADC (Assured Direct Care) program provides members with affordable access to our providers, including after-hours and telehealth services. It is a great option for patients without traditional insurance or those who want more flexible and direct access to care.

Do you take walk-ins?

Walk-ins may be available, but calling ahead is always the best way to secure your spot. We can usually get acute care patients with colds, flu, UTIs, migraines, rashes, hives, sprains, and other urgent needs scheduled the same day if you call early, or by the next day.

How quickly can I get an appointment?

In most cases, we can see patients the same day or within 24 hours, especially for acute care. New patients and those scheduling routine visits are typically seen much faster than at offices that accept Medicaid or Medicare, where wait times can stretch into weeks.

Do you offer telehealth visits?

Yes. Telehealth appointments are available for ADC program members. You can meet with your provider from home for follow-ups, prescription refills, and many acute care needs.

What after-hours care options do you provide?

ADC members have access to after-hours services for urgent health concerns that cannot wait until the next day. If you are part of the program, please refer to your member materials for details on how to reach a provider after hours.

What should I bring to my appointment?

Please bring your insurance card (if applicable), a valid photo ID, a list of your current medications and dosages, and any recent medical records or test results if you are transferring care. If you are a new patient, arriving 30 minutes early helps us make sure everything is ready for your visit.
