Initial Point Family Medicine provides a wide range of medical, health and wellness services for adults and children. We perform minor in-office surgeries, skin biopsies, wart removal; and joint and other therapeutic injections, wellness and well-child exams, pre-participation physicals for sports and employment-related services including Idaho Department of Transportation physicals and worker’s compensation evaluations and treatment.
Among the other basic primary care services provided are immunizations; flu and illness; cholesterol, diabetes and cancer screening and recommendations; and evaluations for depression, anxiety and other mood disorders which may interfere with normal daily functioning and ADHD assessments for adults and children
As an osteopathic physician, Dr. Grajcar also provides medical services per the osteopathic manual.

With direct primary care, I have greater access to the doctor. It is nice to get an appointment quickly, usually the next day.
