Preventive healthcare includes screenings, check-ups, and counseling to help prevent illness and disease before they begin. Our Meridian family medicine clinic focuses on proactive care that keeps you healthy year-round.
Physicals & Check-Ups
A physical exam is a routine test that helps evaluate your overall health. We provide annual, school, sports, and employment physicals, as well as DOT exams for Idaho drivers.
Health Management
We provide ongoing care and communication that addresses your whole health, mind, and body. Our providers help manage chronic conditions like diabetes, thyroid disorders, and hypertension while supporting mental and emotional wellbeing.

Urgent & Acute Care
Our providers handle your urgent care needs for Meridian and Boise through convenient telehealth and same-day appointments. We’re here for your acute care needs and those sudden, unexpected medical situations.
Procedures
We perform several in-office procedures at no additional charge, including EKGs, spirometry, Nexplanon implants, IUD removal, skin biopsies, minor laceration repair, and cryotherapy for treatment of skin lesions. Our goal is to make essential care easy, affordable, and accessible.
Testing
Our clinic offers on-site lab testing for all patients, with discounted rates for cash pay and DPC members.. For any tests outside your membership plan, our team will always discuss costs and gain approval before proceeding.
Providers
If you require specialty medical care beyond our scope, we’ll help you find the right provider. Our team coordinates referrals to trusted specialists in the Treasure Valley to ensure continuity of care.
Additional Wellness Services
We also offer additional wellness services and coaching options for patients seeking extended care and support. We offer InBody scans at our Meridian office to help patients better understand body composition and track progress over time. Our wellness programs may also include hormone replacement therapy (HRT) options such as bioidentical hormones, testosterone therapy, and support for menopause and related conditions. Ask about supplemental treatments available for a minimal additional fee.
